I was trying to copy some icons to make a custom tool bar with the active Level icon and Symbology preview tools. For some reason I can find these icons in the customize dialog box. I found the Abbribute tool under Application Tools hoping to copy those two buttons, but they are missing from the list. If I right clip and select open tool box, it has all 10 options, but in application tools customization dialog box, there are only 8 buttons. So I don’t know where else to find them in order to copy them to a custom tool bar. Any ideas?

I upgraded to connect 2023 version and still the same problem, only have 8 buttons out of 10.
As mentioned above, BUG 1304827 has been associated to this issue.
If you are interested in speeding up the resolution process, you may consider raising a new service case that will be linked to this BUG. In this way, it will be possible to be kept up-to-date on the resolution process.
