Microstation Connect/ descartes - How to export or save-as a raster with coordinates

Question

Hi, I have a raster, inserted with the raster manager. Now this photo (top city view) was scaled and moved correctly in reference to a survey so that buildings and photo all lined up. 
 
 How can I export this raster in .tiff (or anyformat) that will allow it to be inserted automaticaly at "the good place" / or the the same coordinates that I have placed it now? 
 
 Any help would be appreciated.

When I used microstation v8i the raster manager had the option to export to jpg etc and an option for a sister file to be created which holds the coordinate information, then that file, a GJW file in the case of a jpg must accompany the raster and be used to reattach the raster in the dgn via raster manager, you may be able to convert it to geotiff which should have the GCS and coordiantes imbedded without sister file. 
 Make a copy of the original data first both the dgn and the raster, also as a backup plan draw a box around the the raster in a non print level to help re attach should everything else fail it will assist with lining it up especially for acad users.
