Bentley Communities link not working

Question

I have added the Bentley Communities link to the Quick Access Toolbar but it doesn't work. That is, clicking it doesn't open the communities web page which is what I assume it is supposed to do. 
 I'm using the latest MS23.

Hi Stuart, 
 I tested this on latest version of MS2023, added Bentley Communities to my quick access toolbar and clicking on it takes me to MicroStation Community page. Perhaps a corrupt user preference is causing this issue in your machine. Please check if HELPLOAD MDL is loaded, if not load via key-in " mdl load helpload " 
 Then try key-in " help communities "

What is the key-in for the 'Bentley Communities'. You can check this via the Customize Ribbon tool. 
 Is it "mdl silentload dynamicexamples;DynamicExamples Communities". 
 Try to key-in manually to see if it works.
