Does anyone know how to flatten a 3d model in MicroStation?
Another option:
Since Models are Cells, if the "Can be placed as cell" option is toggled in the Model Property. You can go into a 2D model/dgn and attach the dgn file as a Cell Library and place the 3D Model as a Cell. There are options to flatten a 3D cell "Top" and Place.

You could also scale the whole content with X=1, Y=1 and Z=0.000001 (or the smallest possible input value) That did the trick for me. Mind that it scales about the currently active depth of the view - so you might want to set this first to e.g. 0
Thanks
If all your objects are at the same plane ( and should have been z=0) why use the 3d seed file to make this data?
