When a Text Node has more than one TextStyle or there are overrides applied, this is of no use as currently the "Change Text Style" tool acts on the Text Node as a whole only.

Roy,

I think you can use the "Match Text Style" tool to set the dialog box. Then use the "Change Text Style" tool. You would need to uncheck the "Text Style" box at the top of the dialog and then modify any other value that you want changed and uncheck anything you do not want to change. The text you are changing will no longer be associated to a text style.

Not sure if that helps or not but that is what I have had to do in the past.

To further explain, I would not want to change any override which had been applied when the text was placed.

Examples:

A few characters within the text node were changed to a different Font like SYMBOL.
Some characters had a Slant applied for emphasis.
Perhaps a Text Node has several different TextStyles applied to different strings of text.

This may require the addition of a "Match TextStyle" field along with the "Change TextStyle" field.
