Some of the symboles are filled and shouldnt be.
i and K should not be filled when placed.
f has all kinds of trouble

What specific version are you using (and comparing against)? I type 'iKf' for the CBTOSP font, and it appears the same in 8.5.2.70 and 08.11.07.443; neither 'i' nor 'K' are filled, and 'f' seems to display reasonably?
Did you place it with the Text Editor Style set to Dialog Box? Not Word Processor. I am using MicroStation V8i (select series 2) - Version 08.11.07.443
