CR - Arrows To Nudge Selected Elements

My suggestion is to allow the use of keyboard arrow keys to nudge selected elements in the design.

The distances which elements can be nudged can be set either in the application and/or overridden by a DGN setting.

The XYZ nudges would be as stepped increments for each button press:

Master Units, Sub Units, Working Units, Grid Master or Grid Reference.

For Z-Axis either the Page Up/Down keys, or the +/- keys could be used to step towards or away from the user.

There can also be an option to move selected elements parallel with the View, or the ACS.

There could even be an option for 'Smart Nudge' to nudge an element to snap to an element that is 'off-grid'

If the Keyboard arrows are already assigned to View navigation then this functionality can be reassigned to Element manipulation. [This should read as 'Borrowing' the keys from the view navigation, or perhaps using shift+Arrows]

This idea may have been tabled in the past but I have had users asking me about this functionality lately.
