I know there's a way to drop a block text down to nodes/single lines. Is there something that will do the opposite? I have a user that's received a file from a satellite office that the CADD Operator, for whatever reason, has all the notes in single lines so that they have to be edited individually. What I'm looking for is something that might recombine them into one text element that can be edited as such. I have a vague recollection that I've seen a way to do this but, for the life of me, cannot recall where.
Only way I know is to redo it. A quick way to try maybe to copy text into a text file. Then copy text from text file and paste into wordprocessor.
I believe this will work the best. Others may have a better idea but, at least you do not have to retype everything.
Best, Roland

Without the Text2Node MDL app
Use the Selection tool to Select the text you want in the Text Node. Copy the selection to clipboard (Ctrl +C). Do a Match Element on an existing Text Node or set your text placement settings to what you want. Go to the Place Text and in the Text Editor dialog do a paste (Ctrl +V). You can edit while in the Text Editor dialog. Then just place the text. in the file. You can select by window and it will take the text by position on the screen rather than placement/update/file order.

I Hope this Helps!
