Microstation V8i Missing Fonts

I am missing font #8 - Helvetica_Medium. It seems that i am missing a good number of other fonts as well. Please help with this prob. Thanks

    What version of MicroStation are you using? 

    1. What leads you to believe that fonts are missing? 
    2. Are those MicroStation built-in fonts or TrueType fonts?
    3. What DGN models are missing those fonts: files created by you or by someone else? 
    4. Is Helvetica_Medium a standard MicroStation font?
