Were the missing fonts also available in Microsoft Office?

If yes, then the fonts are installed via windows font installer.

Did you recently get a new computer?

If yes, then my guess the fonts were installed via windows and went away with your old computer.

I've been using TTF since we moved to V8. Before that, we used Bentley delivered RSC fonts. We didn't import any TTF to RSC. Everything has worked fine from V8 to 8.5 to XM to 8i SS2. It's only in 8i SS3 that I can't "find" Tahoma, Verdana and a handful of other TTF.

No. I guess we've been in blissful ignorance. We don't even have a font XML file (I looked). I wouldn't even know how to write an XML file. Isn't one delivered?

If it's the same exact setup, I can't think of a reason why SS2 would see fonts that SS3 doesn't...
