Measure the slope of a line?

Is there any way, in plain vanilla MicroStation, to measure the slope of a line? Assuming 2D, basic XY coordinates, no exaggeration.

Thank you

  • Just want to share another option to label a line. I am using V8i SS2. Draw horizontal and vertical lines with clean numbers. Use a field to get the vertical length in text (use the units option to only have the number). Use an equation to assign the value to a variable (can multiply by a factor of 10 is needed). Use Dimension Driven Design to assign this variable to a dimension. Draw a graphic line associated with the dimension (will need some construction geometry). Use another field assigned to the graphic line to get the slope. Display the number of zeros you want. Also type in %. Put 1.2345% where you want it to be. Eh several workarounds, but it's useful for me.
