Hello everyone! I have a problem: in the project remained unnecessary layers. They have not any items. But somehow they are used, even though it is not fixed in the level manager. in the properties of the layers is written that is used "model (animation)".
Please tell me what is it and how to get rid of this layer to remove it?
under the model animation means any animation tools ... and in our daily work, we do not use animation tools ... I can not even imagine why it appears. examined the properties of light - revealed nothing, textures and render settings apparently also not formed "model (animation)" on a PARTICULAR level. in search of an answer to a question I found a some error v8i - if you click on the animation "W1" that creates a default level "model (animation)" .. but the error is in the fact that the properties of the levels look like:
This command usually works well but I currently have a level that can't be purged or deleted. The Level Manager tells me there are no elements on the level yet when I apply the command "level purge level 1" my Message Center comes back with "Cannot delete the DEFPOINTS level" Level 1 is not the defpoints level. defpoints is the defpoints level. I enclose the dgn in question
Have you tried putting " double quotes around the level name? As in
level usage "Level 1"
It appears that "Level 1" is used in the Cell Definition for ANSI33.
Double quotes did the trick. Thanks for your input Phil. Now I'd like to remove that level from our ANSI33 permanently because this Level 1 pops up in just about every drawing we do. I've opened the cell in question but I couldn't find Level 1 in there. Does "cell definition" not have anything to do with the level that the cell elements are drawn on?
perhaps the cell header was on that level in your file?
Moharr, excuse my ignorance but what's a cell header?
okay, I've figured it out. Thanks for the help
