I have a number of dialogs (tasks, level display, PE) docked to the LHS of my view. They are set to fly out when I need them. If I pin one of the dialogs and then unpin it moves to the bottom of the group and therefore aren't in the same order. I assume that this is not WIP so must be a bug.
Please could someone test and confirm this? How can this behaviour be stopped, so that the order is maintained as I want it?
Since 6/29/2011 there is this change request number for our issue: CR# 301666
Maybe, just maybe in the next major release we will see this.

I don't think it is reasonable for the program to "assume" what you want, but with the plethora of .rsc & .xml files which get created in my "prefs" directory, surely we could have a command to "save my current screen layout" - including the size of the ustn window on 1 or 2 screens and the docking layouts on them. And, of course, the complementary "Restore my screen layout" if it gets buzzed up!
Maybe a simple lock for menues that you can toggle to change. I also wishc the floating dialogs buttons woudl stay in a grid so you couple place them to stay and not slide around.
