Is there a setting that turns of the WEIGHT when using Reference>Highlight Mode?
I am trying to compare contours from 2 different designs but the weight of the highlighted reference file gets in the way. The image is showing what I mean. I'd like to see the highlighted ref with no weight. Or should I just use Symbology? That works but I thought using ref>highlight would work better than it does.

The Reference Hilite mode works similar to the Element Highlight when selecting an element and this adds a highlight colour on both sides of an element giving the appearance of increased weight.
You may wish to consider using Reference> Settings> Adjust Colors This will allow you to change the color display of all elements in a reference. Whether that be the display color or hue for all colors. Please refer to the Help for more details of this option.

There was a change request filed when v8i was first released to change this behavior. Service Ticket 8001013511 was filed in Feb of 2011 and as you can see nothing was done about it. This behavior is really annoying. If you want to have this change made more people need to file Change Requests/Service Tickets to have the change take a higher priority on the list of changes.
