MicroStation SS3 Installation error when run: could not load dll

Question

I have installed MicroStation_08.11.09.292 SS3. However when I run it, 
 there is a black screen popping up telling me the following message and MS is forced to close: 
 
 " OS could not load (path of the program)\asneeded\featuretracking.dll, error 317 
 MDL loader: unable to load library (DLL or MDL shared library) featuretracking" 
 
 What can I do to get SS3 running? Many thanks for any help and advice. Appreciate it.

Hello, 
 Have you browsed to the folder given in the error message using Windows Explorer to see if the featuretracking.dll file is there? Also, what anti-virus software do you have installed? It may be worth checking if that has had an affect on the dll file...

 To add to what Conor said, If the file does not exist run a repair from the add/remove programs. That will place the file back in the folder.
