I need help because I am new user of this design software.Please,i need todo know: How I can eliminate some layers of a file?. I trd to eliminate some layers .

First make sure the levels are in your file or coming from a dgnlib file.  This is just a drawings with a different extension.  Just a drawing.  And levels should be kept here not in a file unless they are stickly for that particular file.
