Hello,

One option might be to use the Filter to specify the Model to be exported in the Export Options dialog.

Go to File > Export > DGN, DWG, DXF....
In the Export file dialog, select the Options button (image 1)
The Save As V8 Options dialog opens, select the Filter tab and then click on the Models button (image 2)
Select the Model to be exported and click OK (image 3)
Closed the Save As V8 Options by clicking OK, choose a new file name to export to and click Save
Close the current file, browse to newly created file and the Model that was selected to be exported should be present as the only model
