Microstation V8i SS3
In Earlier "True Hidden Line" we had the Option to define the needed/wanted Color for the calculated Hidden Lines
OK in SS3 it's still there in Sheets>reference Manager>visible edges>legacy
but is there a reason why the "Color"-option it's not provided in Display Styles>Edge Settings similar to "Style" and "Weight"?
I think this may be related to this Change Request.
Solution
Description CR# 275489 filed for this issue
Problem
Description Ability to change color of hidden lines
Add the option to be able to change the color of the hidden edges to be different from the element in Display Style "Hidden Line".
This is in addition to the availablity to change the color of visible edges, user would like to be able to change the colors indepently for both types of edges

Does anyone know why this CR still not enacted? I'm looking at CE U11, and it is still not included.

Based on the way the display system works its is a technical limitation. They can't allow control of color or a weight that is greater than the visible edge on hidden edges on live views. If you need the ability I would look into the cached mode for a reference file.

yep
As John rightly mentioned, there is limitation with the Graphic System, so we cant show Visible & Hidden edges live with different colors.
