I'm trying to build a simple parametric cell with Feature Modeler. Some variables are not populating properly from the parameter table.
I tried logging this thru support but after 20 minutes of trying the site errors out when I pick my MS version from the pick list.
Any advice appreciated.

DavidG
Hello David,
What version of MS are you using?
Can you upload an example file showing the issue and a screen capture showing the discrepancy?
Thank you in advance.
Also, any information you can provide about the issues with logging an SR would be appreciated, I would be more than happy to pass them along
Thank you,

Dan,
Thanks for responding. I'm using 8.11.09.459
Site was very slow and crashed every time I tried to set the MS version while filing the SR. I finally manage to get an SR filed later that evening (23rd). I have not yet heard back but will post answer back here. Seemed to have something to do with the order I filled out the form.
Moving on and trying to build a new cell via DD I am now encountering a "Body could not be swept".
Bottom line is I've tried to build 4 simple feature cells. Only one has worked. One can't be done, and the remaining 2 result in software errors.
I'm curious how many users actually use feature cells in a production environment.
There could be a few different reasons why you would be receiving the "Body could not be swept" message. If you can provide the file, we can look at the solid you are trying to create to determine why it will not let you create the solid.
Thanks,
Dan Eng
Ok, attached is a file containing models with the above issues. I was waiting for someone to contact me for SR if filed. It has now been one week and I have not received any response from support.
Hello DavidG,
I have received your file and I'm currently investigating this to see why the DDD profile can not be extruded. I'll keep you posted on what I find.
