v8i: Removing Mesh (and flattening) Captured Google Earth Image

Question

Hello. 
 Is there any way to remove the mesh from a Google Earth image captured by MicroStation? I understand it is draped as a material, and the image which it drapes can be changed, but I require a flattened plan satellite image with which to sketch a conceptual layout. 
 I tried to attach the image in the folder as a raster and to warp it, but the results are not as accurate as the obtained mesh.

To capture a 2d flat image from google earth, not 3d.

 Instructions for capturing a Google Earth image to be used in Raster Manger. 
 Requirements: 
 a. A 3D DGN file 
 b. A coordinate system must be defined in the DGN file. 
 1. Turn off Terrain in Google Earth. (Tools > Options > disable “Show Terrain”) 
 2. Switch to or create a level in MicroStation for the terrain model from Google Earth. 
 3. Capture the Google Earth image in MicroStation (Tools > Geographic > Capture Google Earth Image). This will create a flat rectangular mesh of triangles in the DGN file and a monochrome JPG file. 
 4. Save the color JPG image in Google Earth (File > Save > Save Image) and overwrite the monochrome image. 
 5. Place the JPG image interactively using Raster Manger by selecting diagonally opposite corners of the rectangular shaped mesh. 
 6. In Raster Manger save the JPG image as a geo-referenced image.
