I am using Power GEOPAK 08.11.07.615, I know its technically GEOPAK but this is a MicroStation function. Sometimes when I access a file, levels will not show up in the reference file even though they were there when first attached and the level display shows it being toggled on? I have to detach the reference and then reattach then the levels shows up. Any idea as to why this is happening?
Youp wont be the first and never the last to do this we all have done it or seen cad done by others with it.. especially copied or converted from DWG

Also, when you are using the Level Display dialog and you have the drop-down set to View Display you need to make sure that the view you are expecting the levels to be displayed or turned off is listed in the Title Bar of the dialog. View Display is view dependent. You can have a level display off in 1 view, but displayed on in another view.

I found this post because the same thing was happening. The lines were on "Construction" class and Constructions were turned off in View Attributes.
The file is 2d David. Next time it happens I will try the suggested fixes. Thanks everyone.
Long shot here but if they are 3d could it be a display depth issue?
