Is possible to add "References" in View Attributes ? ( i talk about this few years ago :)
I know that it's look good that is 12 options on the left and 12 on the right panel :) but please add References for quick turn off all
there is a short cut extension to not load refs when loading a dgn ....ustation.exe/ W ???? something something...
been posted here before look at askinga...
But you want to toggle see refs no see refs ... I'm sure there must be a keyin or some vba you could add to an F key to facilitate this.... it would need to be done in the display manger not the ref manager as you dont want it permanent to be change ... hmmmm I'll have to investigate further....

Hi,
Do you mean saved view instead of view attributes?

You can use this keyin to turn off/on all reference files "reference display off all", "reference display on all" or "reference display toggle all". You can also use the same keyin and specify the name of single reference file.
I created a custom tool button for "reference display off all" or you could add it to a F key.
Microstation CONNECT - 10.17.2.61
ORD - 2021 R1 10.10.1.3
ORD 2022 R1.1 - 10.11.3.2
ORD 2022 R3 - 10.12.2.4
Microstation v8i SS 10 - 08.11.09.919
Power InRoads v8i - 08.11.09.615
ProjectWise - 10.0.3.453
While I usually use the Key-In mwlong mentioned but I like the idea of such a toggle in the View Attributes.
A Ctrl-B and click is certainly much faster that a key-in or mucking around with the reference dialog.
Adding the keyin to a tool button or a Fkey would be just as fast. I do not like to use the View Attributes dialog if I do not have to.
@mwlong. Very true, however I do not like custom configurations or using function keys :-)
DavidG, That's what I like about Microstation, Each user has the ability to set up and use what they like and are comfortable with. Makes workflow for each user better. I do things a lot differently than everyone esle I work with. What works for me, does not always work (or make sense) for them.
one other option would be to attach the references to a level and turn that level on or off
