I would just like to know more, how to turn off the Hardware acceleration?
Someone said that it could be changed to software graphic

Hardware Acceleration is a Windows feature, you would be best served by checking for a solution based on the Operating System you are using on Microsoft's support forums

I really do not see any correlation with what it sounds like you are looking for and what is discussed in the thread you refer to.
That said, IMHO, disabling Hardware Acceleration (even if it is possible) would be analogous to having a finely tuned V8 engine and disconnecting 7 of the 8 sparkplug wires.
