This started in a thread in the annotation forum and someone suggested this topic, so as one who likes trowing rocks at bee hives, I took up the baton and am going to kick this off.
Later, after others have added to this list, I will post AutoCAD features that I like that MicroStation does not offer...
Who's next?
Right now it takes me a full day to translate drawings into DWG for my clients other Arch firms. None of them translate into DGN so they have a leg up and a nudge into the client we I cannot always reply immediately.

Perhaps in a prefect world. Having worked with companies large and small my observation has been small companies with limited resources are far more efficient than large companies with all kinds of resources. I've seen the most backward antiquated methods at large companies yet they always manage to get the big contracts and somehow turn a profit.
Yes but if I can turn a project out for a profit clearly easier than the next guy. Well then I can win more work, and hire more engineers that have to do it my way
Unfortunately the people who actually have to use the software for production generally have little input on what gets purchased.
Its all about sales reps, contracts, demos and benchmarks that have little to do with the day to day tasks of the common user.
Once the deal closes with the big boys the trickle down effect happens, smaller consultants and contractor are told what software they have to use.
Right - but right now we have the better product - but because we are not the BIG DOG we must improve the customer experience to make them want to use MStation over another product.
