Quite suddenly my co-workers dgn files open with all these lines in them. I'm not very familiar with Microstation as I'm just the IT person but I don't think the lines that are showing up in this dgn as well as others are from video card issues. I've already changed out the video and her computer is fairly new. Other people in the same department are able to open the same file without any of these lines. Only her.

Thank you for everyone's suggestions!! Apparently, Nvidia just released a driver that corrupts Microstation files. It is GeForce driver version 337.88 and I believe it was released this past Monday. Try not to update your display drivers with this if you can. And if you've already done it, I would revert back to an old driver if you can such as 335.23.
