 Is there any product of MicroStaion released after MSV8i SS3 Update 2. Please let me know.

MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries 3) Update 2 08.11.09.459 is the latest SELECT release. 
 This is available for download for all SELECT customers from the Software Fulfillment page of the Bentley website. 
 select.bentley.com/FulfillmentCenter

08.11.09.459 is certified on Windows 8.1. This was done retroactively so the ReadMe is stale.
