Is there a key-in or something I can run to change the update sequence to put/force the active design file to the bottom of the list?
Looking for a similar command. i have 'dialog -127' as a key in to open the Sequence dialog...
A mvba may help
Sub AttOrder ()
Dim Att as Attachment
For each Att in ActiveModelReference.Attachements
i'm not too hot on vbstuff. can i add a certain file name to this and it only looks for that file name to UpdateOrder=0,whuch i assume is the command to take a file to either top or bottom of loaded hiarachy?
Don't really understand your question, I'm french.
this example don't care of existing update order., it reverse it.
It's more difficult for me to take care of existing update number.
but you can replace:
See vba microstation Help :UpdateOrder
This take care of existing update order:
Sub AttOrder()Dim Att As AttachmentDim aTtn(1 To 99, 1 To 2) As StringDim Nb As IntegerNb = ActiveModelReference.Attachments.countFor i = 1 To NbSet Att = ActiveModelReference.Attachments(i)aTtn(i, 2) = iaTtn(i, 1) = Att.UpdateOrderNext iDim temp(1) As StringFor i = 1 To NbFor j = 1 To NbIf aTtn(i, 1) > aTtn(j, 1) Thentemp(0) = aTtn(i, 1)temp(1) = aTtn(i, 2)aTtn(i, 1) = aTtn(j, 1)aTtn(i, 2) = aTtn(j, 2)aTtn(j, 1) = temp(0)aTtn(j, 2) = temp(1)End IfNext jNext iFor i = 1 To NbSet Att = ActiveModelReference.Attachments(1 * aTtn(i, 2))Att.UpdateOrder = 0NextSaveSettingsRedrawAllViewsEnd Sub
