When deleting a feature the profile and some of the constraints can remain cleaning up this leftover data seems to be difficult and in some cases not possible. There should be an option under the compress menu or maybe data cleanup to remove any constraints or profiles that are not used in a feature or linked to another object used in a feature. Of course there is some risk in doing this but there is risk in any data cleanup operation.
