Full support of DWG annotation scaling

The AutoCAD based annotation scaling is far beyond the Microstations annotation scaling. Autocad has element based n-scale techniques to place notes at different origins with different sizes for different scales. Text styles property for texts and notes rotating with Paper-Space and more.

Hi Frank, Change requests 75472 and 85757 were file for this already and I added 964347 to support “Matching Orientation to Layout” from AutoCAD. Regards, Regie
