Maintain 2d dynamic view in 3D model for dgn to dwg translation

would be nice to see an option where dynamic views referenced into a 3D default model could maintain the 2D from the dynamic view for dgn to dwg translation. When the dynamic view is referenced into a 3D model, it shows the dynamic view as 3D, even when cached. While the workflow makes sense, it does cause dwg files converted from them large (as expected) and in some cases crashes if a lot of data is present. Allowing the maintaining of the 2D from those models in a 3D model allows for the conversion process to be more consistent and fast as well as light weight files.

This could be done as a reference attachment setting or by allowing the caching of dynamic views to be maintained as 2D, possibly a caching setting or by mandatory. The workflow to reference the dynamic view to the default model of the sheet file is required to ensure an ACAD model/paper space workflow with viewports when clients require this. This is our default workflow to ensure the requirement is met even if it is not needed. This workflow looks like the image attached.
