There should be option to save clipped rasters with crop. According to help Note: Because there is no resampling, it is impossible to save a clipped image. But it is not true that pixels can't be changed as there is clearly an option to turn on resampling under additional Options to recalculate pixels. Resampled — If ON, the converted file(s) are resampled. That is, any rotation, or affinity is removed from the transformation matrixes.
Need to add additional option that resampled would also honor clip as crop. Yes Descartes have such feature but it product for different purposes and not providing simple tool to crop images in Microstation doesn't compete with Descartes.
