I would like a way that the user can set the behaviour for Tool Settings window, basically to avoid that the software saves automatically the previous values or previous settings when we use a tool.
For example, a checkbox in "Tool Settings window" for any tool, called "Default Values" to restart values or settings to default, so every time we call the same tool, values are default.
Also a checkbox called "Default location" to relocate the window to its default position in the screen.
Even both parameters as global variables: "default values" and "default location" in Design File Settings to override them in the Tool Settings window.
