Could we make things smarter and get an option when adding new line(string) to existing line(string) so that all corners are closed, or when modifying start/end vertex of existing linestring to form closed shape (start and end are at same point) to create closed shape? now, MS does differentiate linestring with start/end at the same point as different element type as closed shape.
