There should be a separate ACS tool bar (docked to the each View Window's View Toolbox) based on the existing Drawing Scale toolbar, but with additional VI toggle + Update from Active Context Menus. The current ACS picker also only seems to be active when ACS plane lock is on while the ACS Dialog is always active. A View Window-specific ACS selector would align with the fact that each View Window can have an independent ACS, and allow more immediate feedback compared to the more global ACS dialog?
