I almost always use the Level Display to simply turn levels on and off, couldn't that be added to the Level Manager?
Sorry, I rarely use Level Manager. I can access Level Display, Global Display & Global Freeze from the Level Display dialog. The only time I use Level Manager is to change level attributes. Level Manager takes up too much real estate to use it all the time
Level Display already had control for Global Display. We don't want to clutter the Level Display dialog or cause confusion because these are in fact two different settings. We cannot implement this at this time.
Well this one went over like a lead zeppelin!
Because their functions are so similar and related. Plus, I'm not a Autodesk transplant and rarely use global display and global freeze.
Hi Bob,
The reason this has not been included with Level Manager is because Global Display which can be controlled in in Level Manager is an actual level property(setting).
Level Display is more of a view setting more so than a level setting. In Level Manger you can switch between Global Display and View Display. Could you give you reason for wanting to have this added to Level Manager?
