It would be beneficial if Bentley could document the following in MicroStation help...
- Why not to use the References Dialog to attach a PDF
- we often see questions here about referencing PDFs using the wrong tool
- The use of Raster Manager (the correct tool) to handle PDF attachments
- The UI actions required to choose a page in a PDF document
There seem to be no key-in commands that concern PDF attachments.
