We print directly to a printer and generate a pdf version as well using pdf plot driver file for both. Recently noticed that if I print the pdf version without opening it up in Adobe (right click on the file and select print) it looks exactly like the sheet printed directly from microstation and both are to scale. If the the pdf is opened in adobe and printed, it scales everthing down significantly (adds approximately 1/8" to the border offsets and scales the objects inside the border as well).
Has anyone experieced this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.....I set the page scaling to none and it works works great.
Would you happen to know if there is a way to ensure that when we send this to our clients, repro. shop, etc. the file defaults to none for page scaling or even better lock it to none before sending it out?
