I opened my printer.plt file and copied this out for you.

And from the help using border qualifiers for the search I got 
&lt;/p&gt;

border/pen=1/comment=(&amp;quot;User=${USER}&amp;quot;)
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
defines a border and a comment that includes the configuration variable &amp;quot;USER,&amp;quot; which would be expanded to its defined value in the printed output (such as &amp;quot;John Smith&amp;quot; as described above).

&lt;p&gt;
border/pen=1/comment=(&amp;quot;Model=${MS_PLTMODELNAME})
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
defines a border and a comment that includes the configuration variable &amp;quot;MS_PLTMODELNAME,&amp;quot; which would be expanded to display the name of the model from which the print is produced.

This should get you on track to do what you want at least up to time date file name anyway..
