tutorial on how to navigate 3d-pdfs

I often send 3d-pdfs to people, and there are still many who doesn't know
the basic steps.

Is there an avi, pp or the like somewhere that shows the first steps?
Basic things like calling up the extra icon bar, rotate, walk, home, saved
views and on off of references and levels.

And perhaps the icon bar could have a HELP with a link.
