Print dialog keeps resetting units

I am wondering why my print dialog box keeps resetting the units. I have everything set to meters. But SOMETIMES when I open the print dialog box I read inches. I say sometimes because it doesn't always happen. I am the only one in this office that uses microstation so I know nobody else is messing with any settings. Is this just the way it is or is there a setting to keep it either metric or imperial/english?
