embeded spread sheet plotting

I inserted a excel file as a embedded spread sheet, it always goes with the DGN file and works very well. it is much easier to be edited than a microstation chart. the problem is when I tried to plot it on a A1 or A2 paper, there is a blink window on the paper covers my drawing. If I use A0 or A3 paper, then I dont have this kind of problem.. What is the cause of this problem? Can anybody help me to sort out this problem. Thanks.

Screen capture  or scan of out put  what  is  a BLINK window?

why  use an embeded why  not  a linked file placed dynamically by corners.... inside a drawn rectangle to control size and  placement?

  • I need to move the drawing arround, and submit to clients, so I think embeded one is better than a linked one.

the BLINK window looks like another spread sheet covers the drawing area, but I can't see  it. It shows no problem in print preview, and it is OK on A0 and A3 paper, it has problem only on A1 and A2 paper.

I guess  it might be the plotting driver's problem?
