I'm new to Microstation v8 because I moved from v7 very recently.
I have a problem with scaling the output while printing.
In the printing dialog window
1. I choose Windows Driver
2. Set the scale of the print output
3. Click on File -> Print...
4. The printer dialog window opens
5. Then I click "Print" -> THE SCALE IS RESETED TO "MAXIMIZE" THE PRINT OUTPUT
I assume that there is some configuration variable to set to keep the scale while printing. Can anybody help me to fix it?
Can you detail every single step and leave nothing out? also a copy of the drg your trying to print or at least some screen captures... you see we cannot determine what it is your doing that is different if you don't tell us all the steps... don't assume that everyone does things the exact same way you do... I have seen peaple just hit the print icon and compain why it prints the way it does...
We kneed to know if your just view printing, printing from a border boundary element, a fence, a sheet view, model view etc ..
Screen prints of every stage is great so we see what you see befire and after actions...
You can capture the ustn screens or open dialogs via ALT printscreen buttons and paste into ms paint and either crop or not and save as jpg for posting here... this will help greatly in working out what to do to help you....
