Is there a way to put the text substitutions from the pentable into the plot driver so people do not have to worry about attaching the pentable when they plot.

Put your pentable in the standards.cfg in workspace\standards so everbody don't have to think about the pentable!!
And of course use a network path for workspace\standards!!

Look for something like this in you plt file, remove the comment (;) in front of pentable the path starts at location defined by MS_PENTABLE: ; Substitute the name of a pentable file to be loaded when this driver is selected ;pentable=\dir\file.tbl
