It's printing to the correct printer but can not print 11x17 sheets. It comes up in the printing dialog, but still comes out physically on a 8.5x11 sheet. Our Bizhub printers have no way for individuals to save these preferences, but in each session, they can be changed and used again. </p> <p> I suspect that your settings are set to output 8 1/2 X 11 instead of same as original. </p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
