I am creating batch prints for a couple of different "styles" of files.
What I mean is when I set up the "specs" in the 'Specifications Controlling Printing' box, I set up a spec to print straight to the printer. Then when I need to create pdfs I need to change the settings 'Specifications Controlling Printing' box. That's fine but I am finding that I will be switching between a number of jobs that want either pdfs or prints straight to the printer.
Right now I have to change "Printer" and "Print Area" in the 'Specifications Controlling Printing' box each time I need to batch print.
Is there a way to save and recall the settings for the 'Specifications Controlling Printing' box for batch printing to pdf or printing to the printer?
