Batch plot layers incorrect colours

I am having problems with the colours of my files when trying to batch plot.

The same layers are used on varies drawings although it only seems to effect half of them. This is only an issue when batch plotting from my computer both to the printer and as a PDF, and also seems to be incorrect on other computers in my office.

I should also add that I have a DGNLIB file that has overrides for the yellow and green levels.

As you can see in the images below only one of the references is effected with odd colours and the other is fine this is only seen when viewed on my computer for batch plotting. When I print the files by opening each one individually there is no problem.

Below that is an image from another computer in my office and the colours are incorrect on screen and when printing/batch plotting.

If anyone could help I would really appreciate it as I have not been able to find a solution.

Thank you

  • Ed, I'll butt in here and add a little more,

    There is no command line arguments. the levels update based upon the variable:
    MS_LEVEL_AUTO_SYNC_ATTRIBUTE_LIST = ByLevelSymbology,OverrideSymbology,

    When opening read only the levels display incorrectly, however even when opening and checking level attributes in read only the levels/colours etc show as being correct ie as per the library. My understanding of the MS_LEVEL_AUTO_SYNC_ATTRIBUTE_LIST variable was that upon opening the levels would be synced to the library(within that file), therefore when opening read only they should reflect the library settings?

    Also by level and overrides colours are set to be the same.
