I have a client using MicroStation 8.9.4.51.
He is opening a DGN file that has some vectors in it and one tif file attached. He then prints to a PDF file - and the vector data and the raster image display on the preview and the resulting PDF file contains both the vector and the raster data.
He then makes a change to the vector information and generates a new PDF (in the same editing session). The vector data and the raster data are both visible in the print preview, but the resultant PDF file only contains the vector data.
Both the tif file and the DGN file are on the LAN.
He creates the PDF file locally on his PC.
Has anyone else experienced this before?
I am unable to reproduce my clients problem, so I was hoping that maybe some of you might have some ideas as to what is happening?
