Just noticed that even though I have our PDF print driver set to Allow commenting, filing in form fields, etc., I am not able to comment in the PDF's because the security in the PDF has the commenting as not allowed. Even if I change the print driver to Allow unrestricted changes, I am still not able to comment in the PDF. MSXM 8.9.4.110.
