When I do "File=>Print=>Pen Table=>Import" I am able to select an acad ctb file.
Can I set this in the ucf file? Rather than having to ALWAYS go through the 5 steps to pick the ctb file. The project that I'm working on right now is all AutoCAD and I will always want to use this particular ctb file.

Your best bet would be to go into Pen Table\Edit and save the ctb file as a tbl so that you can then configur MS to use it as the default pentable. If this is project driven, you could also set up project plot files and force the use of the tbl file there as well.
