hi guys,
i have a drawing here that requires color printing and black&white at the same time. i know in the print dialog box there is an option where you can choose a monochrome, grayscale and color for the print output.
is there a way where one level shows up in color and the rest of the lineworks are black&white or monochrome?
any help you guys can give is very much appreciated.
You could use a pen table to set levels to print colour or B&W. The best option would be to print in colour and use Level Symbology\Overrides to change how different levels are viewed.

thanks for your input. i tried it and the result is not how i wanted it. the colored one came out okay. but the black and white lineworks came out grayish and not heavy dark black. i want that solid black look with lineweight and some levels in their true color.
thanks in advance.
Using Level Symbology / Overrides you should be able to get the desired result by setting all levels desired to be printed black to color 0.
